  • Timezone — to display times relevant to your location
  • Profile picture — optional, if you choose to add one
  • Referral source — optional, if you tell us how you heard about us

To keep your account secure and the service running, we also store:

  • Session and technical data — your IP address and browser or device information when you sign in

When you build a website with FlockHaven, we store the content you create, including pages, forms, and any images or logos you upload.

Information From Your Visitors

When a church publishes a website with FlockHaven and adds a form (such as a prayer request or sign-up form), we store the submissions and the submitter’s IP address on the church’s behalf. The church controls this data and is responsible for how it is used.

Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service:

  • MailPace — sends transactional emails such as confirmations, password resets, and invitations
  • Sentry — helps us detect and fix technical errors
  • Cloudflare R2 — stores files you upload, such as logos and images

These providers only process data as needed to provide their service to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and maintain the FlockHaven service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your Data

  • You can update your information in your account settings
  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data

Children’s Privacy

FlockHaven is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
